Well, you were a 21-1 favorite when the last of your chips got in the middle, so I'd say that qualifies as a bad beat. Condolences.

It was a bad beat. When the money went in you were the favorite and he hit his 2 outer. Villain made a really donkey play here too. He should have reraised preflop instead of letting you catch that Ace. When you did hit the Ace, he was intent on calling off all his chips. Yay freerolls.
