At this point, some alarm bells should be going off. That's a strong re-raise, and I'd think you would be facing a set or 2 pair already, not to mention you're not getting particularily good odds to make the call either.
In addition to this, generally speaking after you limp with a hand such as A7h, you're looking to hit a strong hand on the flop, either a flush, 2 pair, etc.. When you only hit the ace (esp. with the low kicker), very little confidence should be resting on your TPBK, as other players had limped as well, and their hands are often beating yours.
Unfortunately he got lucky on the river (as you did on the turn) but I'd strongly reccomend folding that flop raise in the future.
