Oh BTW, I think you just got caught chasing and never hit. From what I can tell you were putting in way too much to see the next card(s) in hopes of the straight. Since the guy merely limped he could have pretty much anything (including a made straight) but since he was betting so hard I would've put him on a pair. I'm sure if you look at the pot and what you called you'll likely agree you were paying too much looking for the straight as you also risked completing a flush if your straight was completed with a club.

We talked about the hand on IRC some and I think the concenses was that it was a donk call on the turn. I think it was okay until then.
