How many of you do it? Pros and Cons?
result of playing like this, obvious tight player.
i find, you get more hands, good ones, but the better players will detect your play style and not call you when you do get the bullets etc.
What's your input on this?

i do not do this, in fact the most i have ever played is 4, but here are my thoughts. in online play, people move around moreso than live. meaning you have more people incoming to your table at a faster rate. i think it can be profitable, since most people havent been at your table for a long time.

The most I play is 3 at a time. First off, my computer screen isn't big enough to handle eight. But more importantly, I would be afraid of making a big error by hitting the wrong button on one of them that could potentially wipe out any profit that I might make by playing so many more.
My advice would be to concentrate on two or three at higher limits. That should still net you upwards of 150 hands per hour which is plenty to do well.

The most I do is 3. I tend to get a little flustered if I try to do any more than that. I like it because I don't start getting lazy and calling w/ crappy hands.

I play 4 tables, I can play a lot more though.
I prefer 4 because there is no chance of me making mistakes and pressing the wrong buttons with this monitor, with my normal monitor i will probably play about 5 or 6.
Pro's, more hands, and higher amount of money won.
Cons, reads are not as good and your winrate per table goes down.

6 tabling isn't too bad. It's easy to see all the tables, not make mistakes and well, make some money. I do this at the 10NL tables so the players may not be able to pick up on how tight I'd be playing, but another thing is that when I do this, 4-5 other players at the table are doing it as well playing up to 11 tables. They may notice, but not really apply any change to accomidate it into their games.

I play only 1. My win rate is good enough to keep me happy with 1 and it allows me to take player notes and get to know the players who frequent my buy-in levels. This way I am able to play the players and not so much my cards.

I generally play around 3-4. I've gone up to eight/nine occasionally.
The pros and cons are generally taken care of already. I do think that any good playerwho isn't multitabling at least sometimes is probably costing themselves a lot of money.

I also play 1. I am making money doing it this way and I am happy.

Typically 2 at a time, sometimes 3. I have PokerOffice , so I know exactly how tight or loose everyone is, and if I have a decent enough amount of hands with them I also know how passive or aggressive they are. Makes multitabling easier.
I don't worry about being tight, players change tables so often there is always new people.

I had few $ left on PS and started to play micro levels.
Manage to double up pretty quickly and decided I'm good enough to multi table.
Bad mistake , first my BR didn't support that. All my money went into the 4 tables, which mean one bad beat on each table and I'm out of money.
Also, reads are harder, so you play tighter or make mistakes.
Once my BR grows again, I'll probably multy table some more. Though I probably need to work on my overall skill before I reduce it by playing multy table.
I would have never even though about playing multy - but supa made me do it!!

lol don't go blaming things on me. I have A.D.D. and do it out of necessity - I never told anyone to multitable and I still don't.
