I don't have the hand history on this one, was playing on a buddies computer so I'll reconstruct it as best I can. The funny thing to me is I played it so badly and yet lost the fewest amount of chips possible.
SNG, late stages one or two players away from the money I pop it up with AQos late, player behind goes all in for just over my bet and two callers. Flop is horrible for me something like 2 4 4 it gets checked around.
Turn is the K and a very small bet ahead of me, it might have even been the min bet. I notice I have the Q and I decide to call, I even said to my buddy put the Ace of spades out there.
River A
Thats a great card for me, makes me the nut flush when my buddy says to me well he needs a boat to beat you. For some reason it didn't really hit me that the board was paired on the flop probably because I expected to fold to any bet with a dry side pot bluffing makes no sense, and despite the fact I HATE drawing to a hand and then not betting it a little alarm goes off in my head and I decide to check and call him.
He checks it and I'm beating myself up since any hand that can beat me doesn't check when I see his hand. Pocket 2's, he has the boat.
Now I'm shocked at both my own play and his, at least I lost the min possible... chalk one up for someone out donking me.

The guy is an idiot. Either he didn't remember that a boat beats a flush, or he thought that you were slow-playing kk or qq. If he's putting you on K/4 or Q/4 he's an even bigger idiot. I honestly don't know how he doesn't bet here ... reminds me of a hand that was posted in the general forum from the WSOP, where the guy was calling huge bets with his 8-high, thinking he had a straight flush. Moronic play. It would have been interesting to see what he would have done if you bet hard into him ...
