Advice needed on tournament poker books |

Hi all,
I'm about to make the transition from internet cash games to cardroom tournaments, and I'd like to get a book on the differences in the games etc, strategies specific to tournament play.
Is there a book anyone can recommend to me? I'm reasonably experienced, having done well in tournaments on the internet already (I even won one), so wouldn't want a complete introduction.
One book I noticed was Sklansky's Tournament Poker for Advanced Players - any good? Does it cover No Limit tournaments also? I know Sklansky is generallly a limit writer, and a lot of his theories aren't applicable to No Limit, which the tournaments I will be entering will be.
