Note on the villian: I got in a match with him once before. He limped in and flopped a set of Ks and kept checking to me. I finally made a pot-sized bet on the river when I paired my Q, and he just called.
Now, about ten hands later...

I seriously contemplated a re-raise here to try to get all out chips in pre-flop. I didn't have any reads on the types of hands he liked to play with a min-raise, but with the types of hands I've seen played at this table, I figured he could be min-raising with 99-AA, QJs, JTs, KQ, or ATo-AK. I finally decided on a call. Wise move?
*** FLOP ***
Kalbelgarion: bets 330
RJwainer: raises 480 to 810
Kalbelgarion: ???
Now, the only hands this would fit is JT or an overpair. I figured I was beat here. Then again, he played his set of Kings so passively last time, would he really raise here with a hand that beats me?
What should I do? Fold, Call, or Raise?

I don't undestand the flop bet and the smooth call preflop knowing you were out of position.
A buddy of mine plays like this, and without a run of cards he gets eatin alive. He LOVES making bluffs out of position, and letting someone take the aggression away from him preflop out of position.
This is an easy fold IMO, you have nothing, and no draw, you might even be drawind dead to running hearts.
I prefer a reraise preflop, a good sized one OR if you are not comfortable with that smooth call it and check on the flop and consider your options after he bets. I think you lost the hand preflop though.
Just my $0.02
Consider this from his perspective... you raised early showing strength, then backed down to his mini raise. That is unlikely to help most hands that would raise early, and the only ones that makes sense is an overpair, set or J10, and j10 probably doesn't bet out there knowing you have an agressor behind you and no flush draw. A set probably also checks at least once.
It's an easy reraise for him if he feels he had you preflop for him.

easy fold, you made a stab at it, he came over the top, you've got nothing and its not worth losing anymore chips on in hopes he's bluffing.

Easy fold.
Why did you lead the flop???

Not the flop to lead at when he was the re-raiser.
Very often, the best thing to do with AKs is just put all the money in before the flop, particularly in tournaments.
