By my calculations, you're suppose to hit around 4-5 sets after 23 PPs, does that sound right?

By my gorilla math you should hit once in little over seven attempts, which means you should have connected three times. If I'm mistaken, please help out. If the stat is true though, laws of correlation dictate you should go 6 for 23 at some point.
