Easy call.
Blinds are low is key to me. Limp or bring it in for the standard raise is up to you. Suited connectors are great when the cost is low compared to your stack.

Yeh, just couldn't decide. Would've tripled up on that, got hurt on a 44 bluff and battling back up

Don't get me wrong I don't MIND the fold, but I don't think it's dangerous to enter the pot there. I know early on SNG's are crazy as hell but the cost/reward ratio is pretty good IMO. You miss the flop or just hit a pair it's not like you have to expose your stack.
Being able to play flops is probably key though, if you don't like your position or don't like to get involved early with less than a premium hand fold away.

Well it was more that one guy, who was in MP this hand, was raising a lot (never saw what he had) and I wasn't sure I wanted to enter w/ QJs only to get raised.

Most of the time I'd prefer to at least limp in, because it's a low cost investment and you can always fold if someone comes over the top. If you get addicted to top pair too easily, however, I'd suggest folding this from early position.

I don't like limping with marginal hands in EP in tournaments. It's likely you'll get a raise from an opponent. You have to flop a monster to really know where you're at. You'll more than likely be out of position, so if you flop a draw or a pair it can be difficult to play.

IF you can play postflop with just a pair and crappy kicker...then play. If you can't then don't play.

Read a little bit about how the random generators work for online sites. The flop you saw would not likely be the flop you saw had you called. It's one of the reasons i never kick myself by doing the "what ifs" online, because you really don't know.

easy call imo. If given the choice, i'd much rather risk a little with a marginal hand hopping for a great flop to get paid off on, then risk a lot with a premium hand that might get cracked. You wanna try to get in as many situations as possible where you KNOW you're winning and high suited connectors give you that chance a lot.

Suited pretty cards are the new nuts.

Im sorry but Im not familiar with all of the abbrev.
What are some of these...
UTG?
-EV (extracting value?)
SnG (sit n go?)
Also, whats a ring game. I only just play simply tourneys and home games.
Btw, i would have played

UTG - Under The gun - the first player to act
-EV - negative expect value
sng - yes sit n go
A ring game is a cash game table, rather than a tournament table, with ring usually mean a full table of Ten or 9 players.

UTG = Under the gun, the first person to act after the blinds.
EV = expected value. Its a measure of how profitable a move is expected to be in the long run. -EV means you lose money +EV means you win money.
Ring game is just a simple cash game. You buy in whenever you like and can leave whenever.
