This is just a read play here. You either give him a hand that includes the 7, (or a set but playing it like this with a PP set is unlikely given no draws) or you don't. If you give him the 7 fold, if you don't call.

You can beat most hands here, but you also have to ask yourself why this guy is moving in. I can't answer the why I wasn't there. I'd probably lean toward him having the 7 with no reads, if this was a tourney I'd lay it down most of the time. In a cash game it's close for me, I might pay this one off or I might lay it down.
