I'm a complete newb, but in a posistion like that I would more often then not bet on the flop there to semi-bluff the Ace. If i'm called/reraised I can easily throw it away or check/fold the turn if my hand is not improved.

I would have folded preflop. I would have raised the turn and probably would have raised more on the river.

Ok sceptics, critics and fans. Welcome to the UrAteUp school of rational thinking here.
Pre-flop:
jbubbles was playing LAG. His raise was something he was constantly doing for ther past 8 hands. The min. raise ment nothing with this clown. My read on him was solid. I would have never even entered the pot playing Q3s except for two things...first I have been finding value in suited cards when in position. Not all the time but more times then most some of my best pots have been coming off playing Xxs hands. The second thing that brought me into this pot was my read on the other players as well. I knew Sanchez was on tilt after loosing a massive pot to me just a few hands ago and was going to try to play any two cards and hope for good luck. The rest of the table were all fish. The min. raise was a total mind play by jbubble and I knew it.
Post flop: Everyone checks which always raises the hairs on the back of my neck. With an A on the board you never know when someone could be slow playing a big good hand here but I figured with everyone checking it wasn't likely and I would know more info if I wait till the turn. I would have bet here but I was not sure if anyone was ratholing an A. I wasn't too worried about anything bigger then Ax because all these players raised pp's and AX hands with a 4-5xBB raise. Their limps were solid give aways that they had bad hands. My biggest fear was Ax.
Turn: The bet on the turn leads me to believe that either one of these two villians was setting on an A and the other had a Q. I didn't like my Qx chances till I saw this turn card. But even at this point my read on these players and the betting patterns were what told me to stick with this hand. Neither player was showing big force but this could have also been a sign of holding back on a big hand. I didn't want to come over the top after the turn because I still was not sure I was actually ahead.
River: The river was a bit of a scare card but I really had to find out where I stood on this hand. I thought if I raised here it might tell me more about where I stand, plus I figured here if I did have best hand then I was going to get a little more out of this pot. So I raised. Not big but just enough to keep at least one person in this hand an earn a few more chips. Once I saw villian2 fold I was pretty sure I was ahead.
This was just my thought process for rationalizing my play on this hand. This was a very marginal hand and I felt I may not have played it and got the max chips out of it that I could but I do feel I played it well and cautious.
Ok, so now there is my thinking. Pick it apart and tell me why this mentallity is flawed please. I feel marginal hands are a big part of an over all flaw in my game. When I see guys like Supa, Webby and others winning big pots with these marginal hands I have to feel there is some value in playing them with position and I just want to know if I am digging to deep into these types of hands or if poker has finally made me insane....

MrDarling pretty much hit the nail on the head. While reading this, i wasn't sure if it was limit or nolimit. I'm guessing it's no limit, and if thats the case, all the minbetting and minraising is really bad. Why wouldn't you raise more on the turn to
a) protect your hand
b) get some value out of it
Then, on the river, if you're gonna value raise with what is most likely the best hand, make it at least half pot.
But, as everyone has said already, just fold this preflop

i skimmed that, but you need to hit the flop perfect to make that hand pay off, you are not going to do that enough long term to make it worth a call.
If someone had raised you then what do you do?
When players are on tilt or whatever, They are going to run into your good hands as well as bad, so need to play shit like Q3, especially in that position.

im guessing this was limit
fold preflop: you shouldn't have seen bubbles raise, queen 3 suited is a bad hand to play, and high card + low card fares poorly in multi-way pots
flop: check fold is a good line
turn: check-raise for value
river: raise is good
