i do believe i am the best player in the world.
During current Hold'em session you were dealt 39 hands and saw flop:
- 4 out of 5 times while in big blind (80%)
- 3 out of 4 times while in small blind (75%)
- 16 out of 30 times in other positions (53%)
- a total of 23 out of 39 (58%)
Pots won at showdown - 5 of 7 (71%)
Pots won without showdown - 7
hahaha ive tried to call atleast 80% preflop but i get raised out after i just call.

Have you noticed that everytime you post on here, everyone makes fun of you? It might be because you post that your the greatest player on here..By the way, your playing a $.10 buy-in..I mean, in know way do I think I am that good where I could post EVERY HAND HISTORY that I play..There is no reason to try and analyze your hands, because 99% of the time, you play them all wrong..Stop wasting the forums time with your stupid posts, and save the true poker talk to people who actually are trying to learn a few things and who like reading "GOOD" posts from players who know what they are doing!

Here comes the outburst.

I think we can safely say that huskie will never progress from micro stakes to even small stakes and be a consistent winner, let alone beyond that.
Posted Tue Aug 08, 2006 12:08 am GMT by Johny
Wow.
Posted Tue Aug 08, 2006 12:10 am GMT by Iron Butt
I thought I detected a bit of a sense of humor there in the OP, something some other people could maybe use a little of...
Posted Tue Aug 08, 2006 12:14 am GMT by supafrey
lol lurkers are ragging on him, now... hah..
Posted Tue Aug 08, 2006 12:16 am GMT by mindgame

hahahahahaha i love this forum.
we learned a few things from this thread:
1. i post the hand history ofE EVERY hand i play.
2. ironbutt is the only one here who caught the true meaning of this post
3. crack is presumptuous bastard who analyzes my whole play based on one hand (from a .10 tourney..)
4. this is the best hand ive ever played
5. lurkers are teh gay
Posted Tue Aug 08, 2006 2:02 am GMT by Johny
I think everyone knew you were joking, at least I hope so.
Posted Tue Aug 08, 2006 2:03 am GMT by greathuskie
apparently they didnt, a n00b was ragging on me for god sakes
i had a lot of fun playing the .10, i didnt play scared and ended up with over 15,000 chips at my peak. however i also played like every single hand and obviously got lucky once or twice . i won .24c.

#1 we know. Please stop.
#2 what meaning? What is the meaning of your post? It is just like all of your other posts.
#3 He analyzes your play based on one hand (from a .10 tourney)?
That's pretty much all you play. And every hand you post is similar. Which brings us to #4 (which I will give you the benefit of the doubt and assume that you were being sarcastic):
#4 Your posts are usually either you showing how you mindlessly push with a worse hand and suck out or how you mindlessly push with the best hand and get sucked out on.
Post something useful for once. Ask a question. Post a hand history and actually try to find something worth discussing in it.
I try really hard to find some sympathy for you when you post and everyone rags on you, but I have a hard time believing that you don't bring it on your self intentionally.
Simple fact:
Minor bad-beats and suckouts in poker, especially for micro stakes, do NOT make for an interesting read.
I know, I know, I don't have to read your posts. But I would be lying if I said that I didn't find all of the responses that they generate amusing.

Posted Tue Aug 08, 2006 4:45 am GMT by Poto
Why didn't you improve to quads like I would have?
Posted Tue Aug 08, 2006 6:28 am GMT by UrAteUp
Good hand Husky... . For the record I am happy to hear about you posting a winning session. Doesn't matter it was only a dime... ....I'm just glad to see you finally posted a winner: .
Posted Tue Aug 08, 2006 7:12 am GMT by supafrey
I once beat quads with five of a kind. That concerned some people because it was online. Funnily enough, I think it was against huskie. The bad beat was so horrendous it actually made his head explode.
R.I.P. Huskie.
Posted Tue Aug 08, 2006 9:02 am GMT by mindgame
Exactly.
It's actually the biggest hole in my game right now: failure to improve my low pocket pairs to quads with any consistnency.
I AM working on some highly invasive software that can take care of that, though, but it won't be ready for a few weeks.
Posted Tue Aug 08, 2006 9:15 am GMT by MrDarling
Improvinh top pair is easy, the problem is finding the fish to pay for that.
I often flop quads , royal flush and of ocurse the NUT - A high board, but never get any one to call my allin 55XPOT bets.
However, when I try to bluf and minbet, people keep calling and sucking me out.
Poker suck!
The other day I had some fish crack my T2s - I couldn't believe it. This is the 5th time someone cracks my T2 , and this time it was suited!!!!
I seriously think the game is rigged.
no offense to OP or any other memebers of this fine forum and the poker commnity in large
Posted Tue Aug 08, 2006 10:39 am GMT by crack
Lol Huskie, I analyse your play from pretty much every hand/thread you have posted for 2 years and all the stories I have heard about you form unnamed forum members.
And I am still correct.
I got your "joke" but tbh, it isnt't very funny, sorry.
I still love you though.

If you ask me we're starting to head in the wrong direction lately.
Posted Tue Aug 08, 2006 11:36 am GMT by greathuskie
well you are defenitely right on the part of me posting every hand ive ever played. i even managed to play this whole tournament by only playing 1 hand, how much chip stick got up to 10k before that or whatever i have no idea, but since i post every hand i play, i figured the only hand i played this tournament would be good to post.
and txshadow, if you were to get hit by a bus tomorrow, i wouldnt feel bad for calling you a worthless piece of shit.
who would have thought me posting one hand from a .10 tournament would bring about so many negative responses..for f*ck sake it is a f*cking HAND HISTORY. ONE f*cking HAND you morons. no reason to try and make your own inadequate ego feel better by talking shit to me.

thank you, the only point of this thread was i thought this hand was funny as i think its the worst beat ive ever put on someone, and it made me laugh when it happened because i shouldnt have been in the hand anyway.
Posted Tue Aug 08, 2006 11:48 am GMT by supafrey
you've got the emotional control and rational intelligence of a turdlet.
Posted Tue Aug 08, 2006 12:51 pm GMT by mindgame
Supra, what an idea...why settle for quads? Damn, I wish I'd thought of that. That will be just the wrinkle I need in this software to make it perfect.
What should we call the hand? Pents? As in "You should have seen that donkey's face when I dropped my pents!!!
Who cares. When I roll this out I'll be unstopable. Beta copies to sellect THP posters for a modest fee. Details to follow.

Thank you whoever did that :D

FFS these threads are getting stupid.
Posted Tue Aug 08, 2006 1:12 pm GMT by mindgame
Huskie,
When I joined this forum back in Spring of ’72 (and believe me, it was bitch because we had to write out everything on punch cards and rout them to an assembler, then wait about five hours to see all the threads printed out on greenbar, only to find out that, if we’d made a syntax error, we’d crashed the program and generated a core dump that closed the computer center for days) well anyway, back then, I’d hoped that what this site would be was a place where civil conversation between serious players would elevate the game to point where thousands would be playing hold’em all around the Western United States.
How wrong I was. It’s gotten completely out of control. The worst of it is the way the posters belittle and attack young players just trying to lose a few dollars of their allowance.
I apologize for all the grief you take. As I said above, it’s sad, just sad.
But take heart. The biggest mistake I see people make is to believe that the quality of the player is directly related to the stakes he plays. This is a complete misconception. Everyone has to start somewhere. The smaller you start out the greater your achievement when you finally take your seat at the final table of the WSOP. Yes, that might be a year or two away, which looks far, far off. Don’t get discouraged. The truth is that great players are easy to beat because they do intelligent things all the time. It’s the idiot who’s truly dangerous, and I know those $.10 mini-tournament are full of donkeys of that sort. Your success among the bottom-feeders is something to be proud of.
And never forget, once you’ve worked your bankroll to $15 or $16, who will be laughing then!
edit: OOPS! $15K or $16K. Sorry.
Posted Tue Aug 08, 2006 1:12 pm GMT by ninetensuited
if thats the worst beat youve ever put on someone, your not playing enough hands....lol
Posted Tue Aug 08, 2006 1:18 pm GMT by supafrey
While your sugary sweet post almost looked like sarcasm, Mindgame, this little tidbit can't go unnoticed:

Just to point out to anyone who has got this far without noticing....
huskie has been banned
So... kinda pointless responding to him now 8)
Apologies to anyone who spent a lot of time/effort composing a response, but at least now you know he will never waste more of our time :D
Posted Tue Aug 08, 2006 1:22 pm GMT by Johny
Wow. I never thought he'd actually get banned.
Posted Tue Aug 08, 2006 1:30 pm GMT by vyni
Adam sent him a warning yesterday to take a more mature approach to his replies, which he ignored. That's why.
Kind of a shame if you ask me: you guys harrassed the hell out of him, and the manner of his replies to that harrassment was what made an issue.
Anyways, rather than let the bashing continue on someone who cant even respond, I'm locking the thread.
