Hand #1 I might be inclined to lead out and see what he does.
Hand #2 Looks good, but don't show your hand.
Hand #3 Not much you could have done. He was probably going to live or die with that hand regardless of what you did.

Why bet so much in hand 2? Only a 10 will call the bet you made and a 10 isn't folding to any bet here more often than not. There arn't many scare cards (aclub would be my only fear ) that can come so I think you should have got some more value out of the hand and strung along a hand like AK with a 1/2 pot sized bet instead of betting the pot.

Hand 1: I don't like the post flop check. I think you have to bet the flop here to find out if your ahead or behind. If he has AQ, QQ, KK or AA he will let you know. But checking the flop here allows villian to put a move on you for the pot and you threw down what could have been the best hand.
Hand 2: I like the move there. Checking there would have allowed him to get a free card and possibly a winning hand. Make people needing cards pay to see them. Free cards are often bad news.
Hand 3: Tough one here. With the outcome posted for this hand it is tough to say how I would have played this hand. I could see loosing a ton of chips on this hand.

Hand 1 is dependant on the player, is he tight or loose and does he make big bluffs?
I'd say with the action to just fold it and move on to the next hand.
Hand 2: Fold preflop, try and keep open limping to a minimum.
Hand 3: I go broke there and rebuy.
