Call/raise/fold?

I usually do OK with this hand, but am wanting to get some input as to how to play it better pre-flop. I realize this isn't a monster or anything, I play .10/.25 and usually raise to .50 or .75 depending on the table. More if it's loose and the a/j are suited.

4-5xBB preflop. If you connect after the flop then pot bet. If you didn't then bet pot. That usually gets others to lay down a hand when they have nothing. It's more about giving the illusion that you have a hand and the flop doesn't matter or helped you out greatly.

Tight table raise it all the time.

Super laggy table then not sure, probably still raise it a lot and fold some more.

Edit: never call with it.
