I'm a Donkey too!

This made me laugh haha. I joined a PS freeroll cause I was bored but didn't feel like playing. I sat out mostly, went All-in a few times for fun and had a smallish stack. I didn't care at all and just started going All-in with most Aces, etc. or whatever. Check out this hand....

The cards came to me and for some reason I read it as AJo. Only saw it for a second and was like "raWr, All-in baby!" I wasn't watching the whole time, went back when the River came out and saw I'd just put a pretty bad beat on that guy with KK ... by mistake haha.

Good times, Freerolls are fun Razz

Edit: haha it's fun playing like an idiot and winning. Went All-in w/ TT and beat both AA, AJ and KQ with a straight. Then I got All-in w/ T5s and board comes T52Q6 and I knock 2 out (T9s and AQs) On I go.

Okay WTF. Since I started playing like an idiot I've gone from 3k to 18k! Doing better than when I play properly. Just put a bad beat on another guy.

Crazy, up to 30k now! Guy ahead of me raised 2x BB, I go All-in w/ 88 and beat out his J10s Smile Too fun.

Don't complain. Your having a hell of a run of cards. Hope it holds and keep slapping people out left and right. You might just win a good one out of this.

Well, it's sad because this Freeroll isn't much to talk about. Only top 27 advance. Would be cool but I sure wish I had this kind of luck when it really mattered Smile

Posted Wed Aug 09, 2006 3:59 pm GMT by killahcheese
so did you advance or not?

It's still going on. 9000 registered, I'm in ~150th with ~550 left.

What's funny is:

- I haven't had AA, KK, QQ, JJ, AKs, AKo, AQs the entire tourney
- I've won 6/7 hands at Showdown, 85%
- I haven't played a hand past the flop without an All-in, most coming preflop

It's fun though, beating the odds, but it's funnier that now I'm sort of waiting for big hands and seeing how I do. Have had horrible hands the whole time and am slowly going down. Back to my All-in game and moved up a bit lol. Think I'll continue with the maniac style and see where I place.

Finally out, 445th out of 9000.

Not bad considering, was a fun afternoon lol.

Nice finish considering the people involved. Nothing like a freeroll to remind you no matter the table there is a worse one out there.
