If you weren't playing shorthanded, 34% flops seen is a bit too much imo, and your showdown winning percentage is pretty low too - you may be calling too many river bets.

But you have only played 500 hands, and that is just way too short a sample size to be finding leaks. You want at least 10,000 before you start really going into your stats.

500 hands is actually a pretty small sample, but what these numbers mean depends on whether you're playing limit or No Limit.

If it's limit:
- I agree that 34% flops is simply too much. You almost certainly need to be more selective, particularly from the early positions.

If it's no limit:
- Short-handed, 34% might be ok, but unless you are VERY confident in your post-flop game, I think 34% is far too much in a full ring game.
- In unraised pots, you should probably be calling out of the SB much more often, simply because of the implied odds.

And in any case, you really need to be winning more at showdown.

Let me focus on a couple different things:

Are you playing limit or NL (suspect NL) because you're only seeing the flop 56% from the BB. Actually, my BB % is usually higher but I see fewer flops overall.

41 pots won without showdown out of 500 hands is rather intriguing. Is this a shorthanded NL game (then this number makes sense). If it's a full ring, this number seems too high. If you're taking down 8% of all pots at a 10-person NL table, I may suspect you raise too heavily.

Also, i agree with the rest ... 500 hands is a tiny sample.

What program can you use to keep track of this kind of stuff?

These stats are directly from PokerStars.

But PokerTracker would be a good place to start.
