Is there a good book or a website that has exercises to practice post flop play?
Did you know that participating in a poker forum can help you improve your own game? Be it by sharing experiences or simply asking for help, participation in a forum helps you focus and keep 'on topic' which will help you improve your game. You can learn from other players feedback and from their experiences. Why the THP poker forums? We offer one of the best managed texas holdem poker forums available, and the community within is far more friendly than those typicaly found on other sites. We've made a 'lurkers edition' of the poker forum available here on Holdem Poker Online, but we encourage all visitors to register and join in on the conversations on TexasHoldem-Poker.com

Harrington covers a good amount of post flop play in his books. (Tournaments).

Harrington on Holdem. Currently there are 2 editions but a third is coming out soon (if it's not out already).
These books come highly recommended and are said to be the best tournament books out there.

IMHO, these are the best out there for the tournament NL Hold'em player. HOH 3 is out and unlike the first 2 books, is geared toward using what you have learned. It's a "workbook" with several problems and examples, while HOH 1 and 2 are more instructive in nature.
