Do any of you have a hand that really turned things around for you? Whether it be for a week, a month, forever, but is there one hand that you can put your finger on and say "this is where the run started"?
I play quite a bit on Party, but I definitely play differently than I'm sure most of you do. I don't play to increase my bankroll so that I can go up in limits, I play to increase my bankroll just for my own personal spending money. I cash out weekly, always leaving just $50 in my account. I play .10/.25 cash games and $6/$11 sngs.
The other day I was at a table with my last bit of cash after a bad run, I'm down to about $3.30 at a table. I despise re-depositing, I try to cash out about $150 a week, but this one hand really turned things around. As I said, I'm down to $3.30, as Party players will know, this is good for pretty much nothing except for tournaments and PartyCasino since the smallest they have is $6 sngs or $25 NL tables (with a min buy-in of $5). Basically for me, it's either get back over $5, or give up until September when I will allow myself to deposit another $50.
I get K 6 utg. By no means a great hand, but I decide to see a flop, 2 other people in the pot. Flop comes K 7 J . I check, hoping for some action. A couple of .50 bets come, I call. Turn card, A . At this point, I figure somebody has an A, and they'll be betting into me, I'm now down to ~2.75. I get pushed all-in, the other person folds, I throw caution, common sense and odds to the wind and call. I hit my final diamond on the river to take down the ~$7 pot and leave the guy with AJ probably thinking I'm mentally disabled.
A few hands later, I end up doubling up, and after that I double up again. Eventually, I turn my initial $3.30 into $34. I'm content and rest for the remainder of the day.
Next day I start with my traditional $6 10 person sng, I take that down for another $25, play some cash games, work it up to a total of $80 and by the end of the day am up to $95. Yesterday, I started off with an $11 sng, took it down, but then lost back to back heads up $11 sngs, was not happy. In the end, in 3 days, I took what looked like an end to everything with my $3.30 and turned it into $160 as of yesterday. All thanks to the K 6 that bailed me out. I cashed out $110 yesterday, leaving my usual $50 to play around with. Unfortunately Party is down today, so I can't see if the run is still on, but I'll get to play soon enough.
So ... do you have a hand?

not so much a hand per say, but a tourney, a few weeks ago i was down to $1.05 on absolute, probably 3 and a half weeks ago, so i played .02/.04 and got it up to 5$, played a 1$ rebuy tourney and ended up winning it for 90$ i then went on a run that has lasted for the last 3 weeks and now has me up 2100$

What are the cash games like at absolute? I've just stuck with Party because I love their cash-out system, but have been thinking about trying some other sites.

Pretty soft, and that's coming from a painfully average player.
Deposit and redeposit bonuses are nice too, as is rakeback.
