Yeah, your river check makes it kinda interesting since he could be on a busted flush and trying to bluff. Still he ain't exactly laying you the best odds here so any thing you know about him would probably help alot in deciding.

I concur with the above. He could easily have a hand like A6 for a straight draw or even a flush draw. He could have even had a hand like 76. So any reads on the player would probably help out alot.

I think I call here. Why would he bet such a big amount if he wanted you to call or had a hand that could beat you? He would want to get paid and would bet smaller since you have bet twice so you clearly have something. My guess is busted draw all the way and you can catch him, reads or no.

I call here every time.

I've noticed a change in the big river bet over the past few months.
It used to mean a bluff most of the time - from a player who has a decent understanding of the game, and wants you to fold.
It now usually means a strong hand, and he wants to look like he's bluffing.
I lean toward folding here. Looks like a 7.

the fake bluff is usually done OOP... a blocking bet on the river would prob have been a better idea...
as is prob a bluff but I wouldn't call here...
