Okay, so over the last week or so I have discovered a bit of a problem with my game. I'm thinking that in certain situations I am not getting paid off enough as I should be. Maybe I get a little scared and would prefer to call rather then raise, check it down or whatever. I feel that my post flop game is fairly weak and I am trying to really work hard on this aspect.
Anyway, this is only one example which comes to mind, but any general words you can offer on how I can really milk the crap out of someone when the situation suits would be wonderful.

Easy to say in hindsight - but a re-raise was valid on the river here, though is this safe? How can I be sure he isn't holding higher hearts? Is this a gamble I just have to take sometimes?
Any other general advice regarding my small problem would be great.
Thanks in advance.
p.s. Any other comments on this particular would be nice also.

I think you played the hand well, Ad xd is a likely holding and on the river the board pairs which may cause you to be dead to a boat. Unless you smell weakness by the slightly smaller bet on the river (he bet exactly the pot on previous streets).
I would, however, suggest that you raise pf. Knock the blinds out and play the hand with the lead in position.

I think the river play is fine. No need to risk more there when that card could have beaten you and you don't hold the nut flush. BUT, I would have raised the turn with your hand to make any 1 heart draws pay and if you get it all-in on the turn, I think that is OK. Sure, you might be beat, but if you were going to put pressure on him, the turn was the place to do it.

You played it fine. Not much else you could have done here not knowing exactly where you stand. Villian could have been on a higher flush but you stuck with it and won...good call.
Villians hand is a prime example of why you do not play small suited cards in a full table game. On a short table your more apt to get by with it but on a full table most likely someone in that pot has a higher flush then you. Best to lay these hands down if you see your not making a straight flush.

It may just be me, but I'm getting all in on the turn/river.
Only hands you fear are 22, 44, and Axh.
