Easy fold.

Fold. He check calls all the way which obviously indicates a draw and when an obvious straight hits on the river he open pushes. Sure, this could be a donk push with god knows what, but it's most likely -Ev to call in this spot.

yea i folded. Just wanted to see if it was the right play. Was my play fine for the rest of the hand?

Well I think it would be better to bet closer to the pot on both the flop and turn, especially with a board that coordinated.

Not so sure I would lay this hand down or not. That is a very large pre-flop raise and one I couldn't see too many weak hands calling. Possible villian has 88, but also possible villian had AA, KK or AK. Another possibility is villian has JJ. Without knowing for sure I think the lay down was right.

hard fold.
I agree about pot bet size on the flop.
Much harder to chase with such.
So guys , which hands you'd hold to call such a bet. Would you fold A's?

A better question is, "would you fold ONE PAIR on board that did not hit your hand at all and has the potential to hit an opponent big... an opponent who has shown strength every step of the way?"
Yes, I'd fold Aces here. Wouldn't feel too bad about it, either, because the difference between QQ and AA here is negligible.

You generally prefer it if people chase.
And the only difference between QQ and AA here is that AA beats KK and splits with AA, hands which given the action are fairly unlikely. Like Diamond said, negligible difference.
