i know, i should have laid it down on the flop, but then again, if my read is right, im getting 10 outs to win, any A, any K and his Queens are dead if he catches one. I guess its just another suckout, one of the many in th elast 2 days

even w/ 10 outs on the flop, your pot odds arent looking good facing a bet of more than half the pot, altho the implied odds are somewut arguable....if you were first to act, it would've been fine, but calling w/ somebody yet to act behind you is pretty dangerous....also after that you're very pot-committed, on a draw....my biggest problem is having the other guy in here too, even tho he didnt win, that added danger, and the fact that the guy w/ queens is being so aggressive despite being semi-tight, out of position, and there being 3 ppl around....also even tho your read was right this time, you've gotta put ppl on a range of hands w/ a certain uncertainty for each possible hand...i mean...there is a big difference if he has a slightly different hand (JJ or KK)...in either case, you're in deep trouble, the best you can hope for is AQ, but a re-raise preflop from a tight player makes this unlikely considering the utg called, and you raised 5x...
remember, if you're the aggressor its totally okay to have a hand like this, but as the person under attack, your criteria for a calling hand has to be much more stringent...being the aggressor is far better cuz you put them on the defensive, and they may fold w/o a fight anyhow, the more you are the aggressor, the more they have to assume you have a strong hand....
good read tho, its always nice when your best guess is exactly correct...

alrite, you just got burned on that one...altho preflop, if somebody has already called, and you are looking to steal, you should probably raise for more than the standard 3x...but that being said, the continuation bet w/ position on the flop is fine, then you got lucky on the turn...that gigantic overbet makes calling tough, but you appear to have had the right read...then just got screwed over on the river...he had 9 outs....it happens
i would've been surprised not to have been up against a flush draw

Nothing earthshattering, but he was 75% on the flop, you were 68% on turn.
