I am finding it very difficult to build a bankroll at the lower stakes when things such as this happen 3/4 of the time with my premium hands.
This is not a bad beat whinge thread or anything, i'm just trying to get an insight on how some of you have gone about building a BR at smaller stakes. Your experiences etc...

Tough beat there bud. That really sucks. I think one of the easiest ways to build a bankroll is to bonus whore alot. If you do that 3 or 4 times, you can build a big BR and eventually player higher stakes.

I don't think you raised enough on the flop. But you just have to grind it out. Those beats aren't happening 3/4 of the time. Maybe in the short run, but not the long run.

building a BR at small stakes can be very tough and take a lot of patience more than I have because I generally hover and then get a big MTT payout every once in awhile that builds it up a bit maybe withdraw and start over sad indeed

Best way I have found to build a bankroll is SNGs and MTTs. Low stakes SNGs are extremely easy to beat. Slowly build your roll with those then play a MTT every once in a while for a big score.

That was a bad beat with the Aces. Your opponent could simply have not played it any worse.
As far as bankroll building goes, it's hard no matter if you're playing micro stakes, medium stakes or high stakes. It's a grind. That's what poker is about.
Through my experience, I'm find that cash games (as long as you have enough money to support it) is the best way to build a roll, simply because in the long run, you're able to exploit opponents bad play more-so than in a sng. Second to that, MTTs are very good as well, because every once in a while you're bound to hit a big payday if you play them enough.
All in all, keep grinding it out, play well, and good things will happen.
