This is sick.
Though, this is still a scary flop for you - someone might have flopped a str8. You have to decide if you're going bust on this hand now - You bet, you had a caller and a reraise. Now I think its a time of push or fold.
If you believe you are a head - push now and push hard.
Would it make any difference? With TP and an inside str8 draw I'm not sure it will - but at least you put the money in when you were a head.
Poker is full with bad beats. And you know you played this hand better then him!

There's a few things I would have done differently.
With 99 in the sb, I would have just limped being out of position with a marginal hand. If I did choose to raise, I would make it around $120 with 3 limpers to hope to get it heads-up or take it down preflop. With your raise, you bloated the pot where you'll have to fold most flops. That being said, I really think limping is better in this spot. In tournaments, raising out of position can be costly, especially against stronger players. If you don't have position it's easy to get outplayed when you miss.
You flopped your set so I would have pushed the flop. It's a scary board so there's no benefit in slowplaying.

Yes, push the flop and hope to take it down before someone nails a fourth card to a straight. Unless he was a total fish and won't let go of top pair for anything, you probably could have gotten rid of KQ by doing that.
