Read his biography. The guy was a genius. As good as he was at poker, he was even better at gin rummy. His life was a real tragic story, but in the end he brought a lot of it on himself. Very sad.

{edit - I stand corrected and have replaced "backgammon" with "gin rummy". I was involved in a couple of online tournaments when I originally wrote this, so I wasn't really paying attention!}

I just got the book 'One of a kind'. Looking forward to reading it, I've heard a lot of rumors about Stu, but I've never actually read anything about him.

it said in the show that he wore those funny glasses that sat on his nose because his nose collapsed from so much cocane.
