Um, ez fold. You have top/weak.

You have to fold here, if he had the double belly buster you're beat, if he had the flushdraw you're beat, if he's got a ten you're probably beat.

You bet, he raised which doesn't mean he hit the flush but he likely has a hand better than you and wants to know if you hit the flush. Since you did not, and you don't even have a straight or a set (both possible calling hands if you don't believe you're beat) you really have to fold. Don't go broke with top pair/medium kicker against a straight/flush board.
You didn't go all-in did you?

yer gonna be in a terrible situation if you call here, cuz unless you hit yer 5 outer on the river, yer gonna be out of position....wut're u gonna do, shove the rest of yer money and hope he folds?....pretty ballsey considering all the strength he has shown and how dangerous the board is...
the one thing you have going for you is that the table is quite shorthanded, which generally means you should expect more underpowered hands, but i think i'd still hafta fold here not knowing anything else

It's great that it worked out for you, but the only way i would have called there is if i had a read on the guy. Otherwise that was a pretty easy fold regardless of the fact that you ended up winning.

You got very lucky with that fishy =

thanks guys and it was more of a info call to see what this guy would of raised me with. To get info sometimes im willing to pay some. Is that bad in the long run at a table?

I have done the same thing on occasion so i'm not against this tactic, but I definitely would look for a situation where you can do it as cheaply as possible.

Yeh, IMHO there is a big difference in calling a decent sized bet for info and calling off your entire stack.

Don't do this. If he is a huge donkey, he will do it again, someone else will call him and you will get to find out that he is a donkey for FREE when he is forced to show. Much better than risking your stack with a very marginal holding and one that he could easily have beat. Long run if you play hands like this, you will lose 95% of the time.
