i live in mich but willing to travel anymore however id prefer to have the closest place. I"m looking for some casinos comparable to the ones in lasvegas. Are there anyones that have the legal age being 18, as good as las vegas?

Canterbury here in Minnesota. Legal age 18, biggest card room between Alantic City and Vegas with 37 tables 24/7.

We also have a couple indian casinos with card rooms that are worth a visit.

Wow, that's quite a title. I thought it was one of those spam things when I first saw it.
Depends where in Michigan, I think some of our Canadian friends said the Windsor casinos might allow 18?

windsor is 19+, same as the drinking age there.
as for 18, i thought some of the indian reservations in the upper peninsula might have something.

They've opened up a card club here in Indiana. Restriction is 18+, and there are freerolls every Saturday. In fact, I played in one tonight and finished in the bubble, unfortunately. The place is called Lafayette River Club, located in Lafayette, Indiana (about an hour northwest of Indianapolis, or 2 hours southwest of Chicago).
