yeah, he should have bought a clue when you flat called that 400 raise w/ so many limpers...

btw, generally speaking tho, despite getting lucky this time, you should fold 55 in 2nd position preflop...especially that early in the tournament when you dont know if ppl are gonna let you see a cheap flop...granted the implied odds are great, but yer gonna get raised and miss way more times than you'll hit some monster from the deep lagoon *and* have somebody who wants to fight like you did this time

Ya I usually will call the blind with a pair and once im raised I let it go. Even if I do hit i don't comit to many chips early in a tourny.. unless I have the nuts. Normally I sit out for the first two levels.DNever understood why ppl want to win those small pots really early.. I mean if you wait 20 minutes, the average pot will be a monster to the ones you were pushing to get.

Really, fold 55 preflop from EP?
I have no problem folding small pp pre or post flop but I've yet to fold preflop with a close pot , and I'll even call a min raise from LP....
Am I doing something wrong?
