Well a couple reasons why. First and most importantly, on the AP website you have to make a deposit first before you can make a withdrawal (or so they say). And 2nd, im not familiar with neteller. How does it work?

go to http://www.neteller.com . Its an online account the is hooked up to your bank account. Very safe and fairly fast. When you sign up they call you.. then call your bank to verify who you are. You can then transfer money from your bank account to your neteller account.. and finally to your poker account...most every site uses neteller. I suggest you check it out. A lot more safe then doing what you are doing now.
