Hey, I am also thinking about bonus whoring and am going to open a neteller account. 2 Questions:
1. Does neteller charge any kind of fee for checking account transactions?
2. What are the best sites for bonus whoring (aside from party poker)
Thanks
Did you know that participating in a poker forum can help you improve your own game? Be it by sharing experiences or simply asking for help, participation in a forum helps you focus and keep 'on topic' which will help you improve your game. You can learn from other players feedback and from their experiences. Why the THP poker forums? We offer one of the best managed texas holdem poker forums available, and the community within is far more friendly than those typicaly found on other sites. We've made a 'lurkers edition' of the poker forum available here on Holdem Poker Online, but we encourage all visitors to register and join in on the conversations on TexasHoldem-Poker.com

Neteller does charge a small fee. I first deposited $100 and they charged me like $8 to do so. I believe it is a one time fee. Not sure though because I haven't had to deposit again since.
As for bonus whoring, do a google search you'll find plenty. I would stick to only the reputable sites though and stay away from many of the fledglings you'll find.

Hi:
I don't make a deposit to Neteller… I buy chips at the poker site (Poker Stars, etc.) A transaction is then generated to transfer money from my bank account to the poker sita via Neteller, and the poker site pays any fees, with no charge to me.

IIRC, Neteller only charges that 8% fee that UrAteup mentioned if you want the money transferred from your account immediately. If you can wait 3-4 business days, then it's free.

On Full Tilt, I know you can instcash for free from Neteller.
Edit - Just what Casey says above.
