Fold garbage to a raise behind preflop.
Particularly garbage likely to be dominated.

What gumble said. Limping with this is fine if you can get in cheap, but you MUST fold when it is raised behind you easily could be dominated and flopping a good or great hand (as you did) is just going to cost you your stack.
One of the biggest mistakes amateur NL HE players make (myself included) is to play marginal hands from out of position for a raise. Just remind yourself that it is OK to fold once you have limped. If you can eliminate this leak from your game, your bankroll will be much the better for it.

I recommend that you don't even limp with that hand, it's trash. Even QJ has it dominated.
I don't mind a limp in late position if it's suited. Then you can hope to flop a nice hand or a nice draw for little investment.

The first thing i thought when reading through that script is that you got yourself into trouble by calling the raise.
I am now sitting here wondering when it is ever a good time to see the flop with QTo at a full ring game.

With your stack, I'm not sure you're getting away from that (2-to-1 roughly on the turn call it looks like), but against that raise on the turn, I'd be relatively sure that I was beat and lay it down if I still had a deep stack... seriously, I'm not being results-oriented here. The smooth call on the flop and the turn raise are virtual giveaways that he has at least 3 Queens (unless he has played AA or KK VERY poorly).
I also do not like the OOP call vs. the raise preflop. In position, it's not so bad, but I don't like it where you are.
