last time i played with some friends texas holdem no-limit i got to the heads-up... i had 3 times more money than my oponent...
the blinds were very high and my friend always said all-in...
unfortunately i didnt had any good hand so i had to fold all the time...
after some time he had the same amount in chips than me
afterwards i got a quite good hand and called his all-in...
his hand sucked but he won with a pair of fours...
so my question... which strategy if i have a lot of chips, blinds are high, my hand sucks and an very aggresive oponent?

As you've seen, heads-up you need to be prepared to be much more aggressive and to deal with aggression. Be ready to raise and call raises with junk, hands you'd fold any other time. For instance you might play any ace or even any king like a premium hand.
Was he actually going all-in every hand? If your opponent is literally going all-in every hand, you just have to pick a hand which should be better than his and see what happens. If the blinds are high enough to bother you, it might be to your advantage to do this sooner than later, certainly while you still have a meaningful chip lead. Q7 is said to be the "average" hand; personally in that situation I'd probably be looking for K9 or better, maybe even lower depending on what was happening with the chip count. If I had enough chips to hold out a while, I'd want maybe AT or better.
Before you call any all-in though, you should see if you can back him off a bit by countering his aggression. Many players will try to "run you over" heads-up for as long as you let them, since often their opponents don't react quickly enough to this, but they will back off somewhat if you play back at them. Try raising a couple times early on when you're first to act and see if he still goes all-in. Don't worry about your hand, if you're leading you probably need the information you get from this much more than the few bets it might cost and even if you have a real garbage hand at least you can let it go easily if you get reraised.
Good luck.

HU is all about aggression, deception and using your stack.
if the blinds are high , you should never call from the SB - it raise or fold.
Did he always go allin preflop regardless what you do?
Then , you need to use your stack as long as you have it and either push allin yourself with a decent hands - any 2 face cards, any Ax etc... or trap him with good hands : any pair, AX (X=face) etc...
Good luck

jup... he went in all-in all the time... but my problem was that i always had such hands like 2 7 or 3 8 and shit like this...
then after some time i called his all-in with a quite good hand... i think Q J or so...
but he won with a pair of low cards...
so i guess this was bad luck and i couldnt have done anything...

Correct, you lost a coinflop.
Btw, when he goes all in and you call, if you're not already winning / dominating him, you're likely only going to be at worst a 3:2 dog.

Yeah agreed, i might even put K8 and Q9 in this catagory.
also, if i had alot more chips than the other guy and he went all-in say......3 times in a row, i'd play Q8 or better

Sklansky has a several sections (in a couple books) on HU play. One thing he points out is that if you fold even half of your hands your opponent is money ahead to raise every hand. YOU must be prepared to RAISE with hands that are basically junk--but I think in his tourney book he gets quite specific about which hands you should be raising with (any pair, any ace, any suited cards, any connectors, and any two face cards...but there's a lot more to it than that).
But it's still a crapshoot. When I'm HU in a tourney with a strong lead I offer a deal (he also discusses what deal to offer): the gist of it is
We both have second place money...so we are only contending for the difference between first and second...that's all. So instead of wasting time, I've got twice the chips you do. We split the difference 2-1.
Why not? That way I still keep my bragging rights.
