Is there anywhere to read about trapping dead money in a pot? Like this hand, I was almost 100% sure I was going to split, so I'm obviously making the majority of my money from worse hands trying to see a cheap showdown.
After the 2nd player called, and the other guy reraised, would it have been better to just call, w/ the chance the calling guy could call that much money, but not to ANOTHER raise (even thought it's only .75 more, raise/call is easier to call then raise/reraise)?
