How Common are Problems on Your Site? |

I play at PokerRoom and it seems that they are having a technical problem a couple of times per month. Currently it seems that all of the limit ring games are frozen and everyone's buy-in is frozen at the tables as well.
How common are problems at your site? Please list the site and whether their performance is almost 100% up or how many times per month you are unable to play because of site problems. Also please say if you've ever lost money due to technical problems. ("Poker is rigged" is not a technical problem.)
If you play multiple sites please report for all of them.
Sorry I couldn't do this as a poll but wanted to get site names as well as performance info.
Did you know that participating in a poker forum can help you improve your own game? Be it by sharing experiences or simply asking for help, participation in a forum helps you focus and keep 'on topic' which will help you improve your game. You can learn from other players feedback and from their experiences. Why the THP poker forums? We offer one of the best managed texas holdem poker forums available, and the community within is far more friendly than those typicaly found on other sites. We've made a 'lurkers edition' of the poker forum available here on Holdem Poker Online, but we encourage all visitors to register and join in on the conversations on TexasHoldem-Poker.com

Used to play on PR too, the site really sucked and went down a lot. One time I won a tournament as it crashed, they refunded my buyin and not the other 100$ owed to me for winning the 20$ SnG. I called and they said sorry can't help you, I cashed out the same day and went to stars, best move I've made so far.

Party works nicely for me + I like the software (except for the looks).
Prima has mostly worked nicely, but I've lost blinds and stuff when I have had to restart the software and my seat was lost.

I've been playing at pokerroom and UB (admittedly not much). Generally no problems. Seems like I had one freeze-up at pokerroom quite some time ago.
I was on Titan a while back, it worked o.k. I guess.
Seems like Pacific had problems last time I spent any time there.
I've yet to be impressed by anything at any site. Some have nicer interfaces, but nothing's outstanding, from that perspective.

I've never had technical problems at Poker Stars where it was their fault.

Doyles Room has frozen up only once while I was at a cash table, all my money was in my account when I got back on. Party had a tournie freeze up on me a long time ago, but I haven't had any problems there in a while. And like Johny, I've never had a single technical problem at Stars.
lwestatbus, wasn't there some hand history thing at your site a while ago that was seriously cramping your game, but you didn't want to switch because of your extensive notes on opponents? It sounds like you're looking for a reason to switch. If the software is glitching a few times a month, there are plenty of reliable sites out there.

Pokerroom is screwing up again. This site has more problems lately than any other site. This is the first site I started playing for real money. Back then they did'nt have these problems like this. They need to get it together. Right now I just want to finish my bonus and get out of there.

Hey, Guns, Thanks for the note (and all the others that replied). I'd prefer not to switch but will consider if the advantages are major. You're right about my previous post but problem was that PokerTracker could not import the player notes/hand info in the PokerRoom format.
I continue to regard my player notes as one of the most valuable tools in my bag and they do weigh in on any switching decision. But the first time I lose money at the site I'm out of there.

I hate to say this here (since pokerrom is one of our promoted affiliations) but their servers do have frequent problems.
We're having problems right now just pulling the tourney feeds from their website too. Seems they're having all kinda problems lately.

I also forgot to mention in the OP that the hand history availability is often spotty, usually when there are a lot of active tables. This is also an annoyance since I value the player holdings so heavily.
Now that vyni mentioned it, I started with PokerRoom because of the write up on this site many months ago.

I play PokerStars, and the problem that is so prevalent there is players playing multi-tables that can't keep up with the games. When I have notified PS support of this problem, their 'canned' response mentions the availability of Turbo games where the levels increase every 5 minutes. I'm not interested in those…, I'm not looking for a 'speed drill', I just want people to keep up with the games they're playing. I don't feel that is an unreasonable expectation.
