Just to paint a picture for you guys, this guy (VDN) had went all in numerous times with hands like 105o with KQ5 on the board. Other guy had a K, he hit a 5 on the turn. Will not hesitate for 1 second to go all in with bottom pair.
With that being said, top 150 get paid. I was slightly below the average stack and really wanted to cash in this tourney. I think if i continued to play my game I could have comfortably cashed in this tournament. With these 2 factors, let me know how I played this.
4 callers with a min raise pre flop.

If it folds to you, this is a no-brainer call with a read like that.

Call, call, and call again. If he's ahead, too bad, but you cannot miss a chance to double up against a lunatic when you have a hand like this.
To tell you the truth, I'd consider putting in a hefty raise preflop with all that dead money in the pot.

TBH at that point in time I was playing really well and didnt even want one of the 4 callers to have a low PP and chance my tourney on a race. I was pretty confident I was going to cash at that point in time. So being safe and seeing a flop was fine with me.
I guess I should have bumped it up again after 2 calls and a min raise...
I dont play tourneys to hang on and cash, I play them to win Should have re-raised that, ur absolutely right

Beat me with a set Didnt see that one coming at all! I was waiting to see AJ, A10, or maybe A5 and he hit 2 pair...oh well...I had a real solid read on him and played it how I wanted to up against him... Happens sometimes in tourneys.

This just proves that donks get lucky!
There is no way you can see that coming and no reason to fold this to a player like that. That is lunatics only strength. You can't really know when they have a hand!

Actually, for his image...villain played this hand perfectly, so maybe he was lucky in hands before this one, but here he did everything well.
