I felt like venting about my night at the casino (no it was not a losing night, it was every so slightly up). The game is $3/$6 limit. There are a couple people on the table that i know, but they're all loose calling stations. After one round of blinds i look down UTG and find 88; I just limp. One person raises, one call, i call. Flop is J84 rainbow. I check, raiser bets, other person folds, i call. Turn is an Ace, i check, he bets again, i raise it up and he instantly re-raises. So im thinking maybe im against a cooler (AA possibly). River is nothing. I bet out to test and he just calls. He 3 bet the turn with AK, one pair only. Ok... weird. Nothing else of interest at this table, I get moved almost right away to the main game. I play tight for quite a while. Next hand of interest is QQ in the sb. Boy I hate big hands in the SB or BB. I think there are like 3 limpers, I raise and all call. Flop is horrible... AKJ. It just so happens that its checked down the whole way and no one shows an A or K, wtf? Next hand of interest is KK in the BB. This time, almost the whole table is in (really bad for me). I raise and of course all call. Board is JT7, rainbow. I lead out and bet, a couple folds, one raise, button calls, i push to 9, both call. Im kind of like wtf with the button. Turn: a horrible card, it pairs the board with another ten. I bet, one person calls, button now wakes up and raises. Now, since the board is paired im thinking that at best im drawing to a 2 outter which would be good. Obviously if he had raised on a flush board I could fold since i would have zero outs. There is over $120 in the pot now so im getting 20:1 to make the call. It seems like the right odds (i think?). River is a blank and i check call. He shows a nice boat with 77 in his hand. Ok sadness  . Next hand of interest is KK in a straddled pot. Im UTG+1. UTG calls, i raise to 9, all fold, straddle and limper calls. Board is very scary, JT9. Straddle just tosses in his card without even waiting for a bet or anything. UTG bets, i raise, he calls. Turn: a nasty card =/ its a Jack. he leads out i call. The reasoning behind this is i have 2 outs for my boat+4 queens. So im drawing to 6 outs it seems. Naturally, everything misses and im very sad. He flips over J3 sooooooooted. *Sigh*. No other hands of interest. I should add that i hit a total of ZERO draws. Im dead serious. I hit zero straights and zero flushes after maybe having 7-10 draws. Just horribe horrible luck. The only straight i would have hit would have been rivered by a boat. And the only flush i would have hit had to go runner runner. On a sidenote, I hit quads twice (both got paid off), 2 sets (one got paid 0ff), and 2 trips (zero got paid off). Its a miracle that i won $12 from 8 hours of poker after losing almost every AK-AJ hand, missing every single draw, and being sucked out on with almost all my high pairs. Sad night
