Howdy,
Just joined Party Poker, stuck $50 in and have (with the $25 bonus) got to $120 and have my bankroll , i.e 20 x $6 SNG's.
The questions I have is ,
a. At what stage is it reasonable to start to taking out cash out as profit.
b. at what level PL 6 player ring game woull be suitable for me .
Have a good weekend y'all.
Did you know that participating in a poker forum can help you improve your own game? Be it by sharing experiences or simply asking for help, participation in a forum helps you focus and keep 'on topic' which will help you improve your game. You can learn from other players feedback and from their experiences. Why the THP poker forums? We offer one of the best managed texas holdem poker forums available, and the community within is far more friendly than those typicaly found on other sites. We've made a 'lurkers edition' of the poker forum available here on Holdem Poker Online, but we encourage all visitors to register and join in on the conversations on TexasHoldem-Poker.com

When there is more than enough in there that you can still comfortably play at levels you enjoy.

Thanks for the reply.
I think I'm confusing myself though. I suppose I want to progress and play in
higher level games but do I not pocket some cash for myself or just keep it in the account until I have the recommended levels for higher stakes?
It's taken me 18 months to get to the level where I'm on an even keel and perhaps I'm getting a bit anxious to progress.
By god I love this game though!!!

Taking cash out monthly for yourself is pretty difficult. Even if you can make money playing cash games, you want to keep it in your account to eventually climb to higher stakes. The reasonable times to take some money out imo, is after big MTT wins. That's the way I do it, but the only problem is that it's pretty infrequent.
Just make sure that you're playing with what you can afford to lose in your online poker site. Be sure to not rely on extracting cash from poker, because it's very tough to do.
