I'm not worried about "cunado85" in this hand, he has been aggressive and loose, playing any two cards. "SiTiNReD", however, has just sat down, this is his very first hand. Comments on all streets welcome.

Red is scaring the crap out of me, honestly. He calls before the flop. On a dangerous flop, he calls with poor relative position, and then calls the raise. Then, on the turn, he calls the stop and go bet--this is setting off major alarms in my head because this call leaves him with just the right amount to go all-in with on the river, which he does. You have to fold, but I think the time to fold is the turn, not the river.
Let's examine this in depth.
Pre-flop looks fine.
On the flop, you have bottom two pair, a good but hardly premium hand. The raise here is fine, but I'd like to either see a little bigger raise (facing two opponents, I'd probably raise about the size of the pot here, and plan on slowing down if I get called), or just a smooth call for the following reasons:
1. You have very little information about either player's hand.
2. Calling keeps the pot small and allows you more flexibility on your bet size on the turn, when more information is available to you.
3. You have position and can gain more information from the action on the turn.
4. You can see if the turn is a good or bad card for you and give them odds on only a one card draw.
Both players called your flop raise, which worries me significantly--the chance of a slowplay trap being set is increasing.
The turn is an awful card for you, completing many hands that beat you and giving more outs to those that potentially could. And to top it off, despite your huge show of strength on the flop, cunado decides to bet again. The T seems like an odd card to make a blocking bet on, so I think the ten helped him somehow. Then, to make matters worse, Red calls the bet, knowing he will be sandwiched between two guys who have done nothing but show aggression the whole way through. Given what I know, I think it's time to ditch the hand.
Despite getting good odds on the river, it just seems too likely you're crushed. Give it up and hope to get it back later.

FIIISH... With no reads on the guy, you can't immediately start giving him credit for monster hands.... especially at the 25nl level.
I agree with diamond on one point though, you need to make a bigger raise on the flop. I hate slow playing bottom 2, theres too many ways to get in trouble. I prolly call on the river since you said one of the guys was really loose, and you really dont have much of an idea what RED could have.

You almost have to make the call here. Villian 1 is known to be loose and villian 2 is unknown. You have villian 1 covered and my thinking is new villian or villian 2 will lay it down in fear that one of you has something big.
