Since i had $200 pending for a cash out and online poker is not officially banned yet, I decided to take out $15 and play some PL omaha with it. I promised myself I would NOT use any practical judgement when it came to bankroll management 
My simple plan: Start out at the $25 table, double up, and move to the next table
I had some good cards to start out with and brought it up to $60.
I head to the $50 omaha table. I then proceed to triple up there and leave with a little over $160.
Now that I have my $50 i can cash back out, i take $110 to the $200 PL omaha table.
I play for about 2-3 hours and leave the table with $400.
My grand total cashout was $451.81 after using only $15.
That is one hell of a going away present from party poker to myself
Not a bad little bankroll to use when going to the casino now.  8)

More good news:
Deposited $50 into full tilt and ran that up to $500.
Cashed out for $300.
Maybe I should be more reckless when I play and throw the BR management out the window.
Up $850 for the day. Im so happy online poker is gonna be banned just in time for me playing my best poker in a while
