It's a shame, this was one of my favorite sites....

Dear fishy,

Due to the recent passing of the Unlawful Gambling Enforcement Act by the United States Senate on September 30, 2006, and its imminent enactment as federal law, we will no longer allow real money gaming activities from United States residents.

We regret to inform you that, consequently, we are closing your gaming account at Titan Poker.

Your balance is available to you. You may access your account and request the withdrawal of such balance, subject to any conditions that might apply, including bonuses received.

We appreciate your patronage, and apologize for any inconvenience caused. We hope to be able to offer to you our services again in the future.

Wow, I just deposited and played $60 at Titan just last night, and was just logged in there and didnt see any message like that. Nothing in my email either Confused

It's a shame though, even though there arent a lot of players on that site, I still liked playing there... Crying

I got one too as an affiliate...
Quote:
Hi Adam,

As you already know, the recent announcement regarding the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act in the United States is causing big changes in the American online gaming market. As a result of this announcement, we advertise have decided to block access to all US-based players and will no longer accept wagers from US residents as of October 4, 2006.

We will honor all of our commitments and you will be paid in full for all U.S. revenue, but from October 4 2006, U.S. based players will not be able to open new accounts or make deposits.

If you have any questions, please feel free to email me.

Best Regards,
