That is a good read, and was pretty close to what I assumed to be the case. I learned a thing or two about the wire act however that I didnt' know.

Very interesting, informative, and comforting article. There were two things presented that were a complete surprise to me:
1. I was completely unaware of the lack of coverage of online poker in current statutes.
2. I thought that I understood the limitations of what the new act was actually attempting to accomplish and also the limitations on the ability of the US to enforce most of it. It turns out that I was pretty close in my understanding but I was completely unaware of the powerful implication of these limitations in conjunction with the first point, above.
I now feel a little stupid for having pulled my winnings out of my site. They arrived (via Neteller) in my bank account yesterday--a two day process end-to-end.
Many thanks to Diamond for posting this link. I especially appreciate the author's clarity in writing and most especially his clear establishment of the authority behind his opinion.

Oh man. Great read and like lwest I pulled my money. Interesting to see though how this affects Neteller. I think it won't but you never know. According to another post made, Neteller could be black-listed so to speak. After some things are determined and I get more info I can always deposit again....no harm, no foul.
