No reads on villian. His play preflop was pretty poor so he doesnt really command respect. Still he could easily hold AQ,Kq. Am i getting good enough odds to call here?

If not you can beat most hands and you need no pot odds to call. I have the feeling you are trying to justify the call after giving him the queen and that is not a good idea.
This is a straight read play, no need to bring the math into it IMO.
