I know this guy for being kind of loose/chasing draws.
On this hand I figured him for AA or KK.
I am going to save you the suspense and post the entire hand and its outcome. I hope doing this will not effect the replies.

well. I prolly bet river as well, since you have both a decent high hand and a lo. It would be hard for him to both beat your high and have a lo as well, so you might as well bet and try to force him off one of them, in case you would be splitting. Other than that, pretty much a non-descript hand.

Other than the fact that I am not playing hi/lo, just hi.

I have no idea why he'd call with a bad wrap draw on the turn for such a big bet. You certainly had to know the turn card probably didn't help him, but after he called that raise on the flop I might freeze a little, because Jacks and Deuces is not a very good hand in Omaha at all, although two pair gains some value short-handed.
In general, though, I don't like playing a hand like yours against a raise, and I really, REALLY don't like getting involved in big pots with two pair, particularly when it's not even top two pair.

Oh, I saw you called a raise with A2, automatically assumed it was hi/lo.
In that case, if its just hi.... really loose call preflop. And I think you were being way too aggressive post flop. 2 pair is a marginal hand in omaha hi. Checking river is a good call.

I agree with the above. I had him on a set at least.
Thing is, in low levels you often have fish who would play like it like omaha (him) but that doesn't mean you have to play any 4 card and play two pairs like it is the nuts!
This kind will make you lose much money if someone serious sits on the table.
I know, I lost a lot there

You are totally correct, it was a loose call and then I just went with my read on him after that...I prob should have just avioded the situation completely.
PLOH has been profitable for me since ive started playing, but i think i really need read up on quality starting hands, etc. I feel like after the flop i can play pretty well, but pre-flop I am really loose.

It's ok gambooooling it up preflop, but not with shit like that. It;s a safe fold preflop.
