Okay, I post alot of bluffs that come off and advance plays. Now lets dissect a donk play by me.
£10 rebuy few weeks back.( begginers night , live competition), I dont bluff these guys and am sitting a little short stacked with like $6,500 , bb is probably $800. Late position limped , I have Q-7 and check my option. 3 way, flop comes Q 10 2 . I checked the flop even after sb checked because , I knew the button would bet as he always does, he fired out like $2,000. Sb folded and I only called, (lookin for value I guess) , as It was the only hand I hit and as I said, he was loose and agressive. Turn came 6s, I checked and he bet like $4,000....I dont even have a spade, and push my last 4.5k in the middle and he flips up 8 9 . Now, assess the way I played this pre flop, post flop and on turn, I feel like getting some criticism

I frequently like this play when I am in positions such as yours (shortstacked with a hand I amgoing to the felt with). I usually make a decision on the flop whether I am committed to the hand or not.
With that in my mind, I generally like to check and call against aggressive opponents, hoping they would be betting with hands that they are less likely to call with. In your case, he's probably not folding a flush draw unless you open-push the flop, thereby saving your chips, but not getting any value, which I think is more important when you have such a short-stack. That is, sacrificing some times you will get drawn out on to have a good shot at doubling up.
