Okay, I am fairly late in a live mtt. I am in bb and lp limps as does sb. Flop comes 3 4 5 . I am sitting with around $60,000 chips I think and bb is maybe $2000. Anyway, sb bets out $5k, I have A 2 . I opt to re raise to $15,000 and lp pushes allin for $19,500 total I think.
Small blind calls for excess $14k and actions on me....you fold or call here? Also, what do you read my opponents for?

The way I read this, you're needing to put about $5000 to call. It is also unclear (to me) how much sb has left. If it was a case of calling and flipping them over, I'd call. But something tells me that this maybe too obvious, and so I not sure I fully get what's going on.
Nevertheless, you're putting $5000 into a pot of $60000. @12s? I think I expect to be behind a lot of the time, but not often enough to make the call wrong pot-odds-wise. I expect lp has the heart Ace and likes the price he's getting to draw at the nut flush as one last blaze of glory. sb could have anything decent, but a made flush is a bit weird given he led out. sets, two pairs, overpairs w/ some sort of fancy draw, or a made straight could fit. Of course you can never know what they actually have, but I think they have the flush draw (lp) - set/2 pair/pair+draw (sb) combination often enough to make it worthwhile.
If you have to put $15000 in to call (because i read it wrong), I think it is a fold.

call everytime. At worst you're like... 5-10% to win, anyways, right? ^_^

Call, pot odds dictate the call, In the late stage of the tournament eliminating players should be considered when making decisions, This is a chance to try and eliminate player in lp. If you don’t have the nuts and you are first to act as is the sb this may influence him because if he pushes you out of the pot he may still loose against lp and not have gained any chips. If I was the sb unless I had the nuts or made it the nuts with the next two cards I would try and show it down at minimum cost, my thinking would be two against one trying and eliminate player lp. If the sb pushes hard, like all-in for the rest of your chip, I would fold. If you push you may get the sb to fold but may loose against lp and gain nothing. You can always catch the Ah, now that would be something. I’m thinking lp has you beaten flush or a higher strait, sb has a pair and a good draw. Interseting to know what others think about showing down hands in an attempt to eliminate all-in players.

I dont think you can fold this. You are getting 11-1 on your money, you could be ahead, and if you aren't you have 2 outs to reddraw. Add to that you will still have $40k in chips left if you lose and I don't see laying this down for only $5k more.
