I played this conservatively, thoughts on call or pass please.
A 10 , I limp for £2 and am against just blinds. Flop comes 10 5 7 . He checks, I bet a weak £2 into £5.He calls, turn 4 . He checks, I check. River 5 . He bets pot sized £10.......Call or Fold?

i reckon he might be playing A and a five, still the $10 bet seems a bit on the large side to urge you to call, you would think if he hit his trips he would want to lure you in with a smaller bet.

He's either confident he's ahead, or he's trying to steal the pot. It's up to you to make the read, the size of the bet could be an indication of both strength and weakness.

Call for sure.

I checked turn, cos I thought few worse hands will call and it opened up a possible straight aswell as the obvious flush on board. When he leads £10 on river, I thought " hmm , does he really think I can call a pot bet ?" I ve played the hand very weakly, and he may think he can steal it cos I checked turn.
So I called , and was beat....He flipped over_______

Well, you certainly couldn't put him on that. I would have ld the turn though and if he called that maybe you get a free showdown. Reason being you invest the same amount of $$, make him pay if he is still drawing, you can fold confidently if he checkraises you on the turn and you avoid being bluffed out on the river if he had a draw that missed.
