Poker Advertising

I've noticed that there is still a lot of poker site advertising on TV. Anyone in the advertising business or media business know how far in advance these commitments were made?

I haven't tried to cross reference the outfits doing the advertising with those that have announced restrictions on US players.

i noticed the same thing last night watching the high stakes poker.

lots of ads for the .net sites.

perhaps they're trying to retain us customers in their play money pergatory so that they can scoop us back up once they come to their senses.

hopefully they'll fail... but this could, at least, explain why they're still advertising so much.
