This site is pretty new but check it out, it has a list of online freeroll tournaments and they are starting there own league

Nice idea there. We do that too! Check out www.texasholdem-poker.com's tourny scheduler,
and enter the minimum and maximum buy-in as 0 (zero).
That'll show you upcoming freerolls.
