6 card live straight flush last night (8/16 limit)

Fun night last night, started out down for the 1st hour, then caught fire. What helped me was this total fish sits down on my right w/ an eastern accent. It was clear right away (1st hand he says "how much can I raise") that he was WAY out of his league.

I bluffed a huge pot w/ A9 and a 8 high flop w/ 3 diamonds after raising everyone off on the turn and firing on the river-I showed my bluff and he was visibly pissed.

A few hands later I limp w/ A5 suited hearts, he had smooth called, then reraised after a LP popped it, it was capped and I was stuck in the middle, 6 way pot, capped preflop. Flop 10c4h3h. I just smooth call as they cap again, still 5 way action. 2h comes on the turn! Str8 flush, can NOT be counterfieted, board pair on the river gives potential jackpot. NY dude bets, I call, someone pops, we all call. River 6 heart for a 6 card straight flush. Checked to me, I bet 3 call. MONSTER pot.

He was bitching about my play on that hand (he had AA) for the rest of that night. I just had to turn the knife and kept saying "I guess you shouldnt slow play aces".

I cashed out 5 racks shortly after he left. The rest of the table was regulars. No point in chopping the blind and paying the rake against those guys at 1am.

Awesome! Nice work Dave.

I just made my biggest Casino cash on Wednesday. $250 at a 4/8 table. Nothing record breaking on this site, but for how little I actually get to a casino, I was psyched. I won a huge pot when I flopped top set against a pair of queens and a guy who missed an open ended straight draw.

Dave why didn't you go ahead and raise the turn, sounds like you just called...but you know anyone with the King of hearts isn't folding, neither are two-pairs, overpairs, sets...but on the river it got checked to you.

There were still 4 in the pot, if I make it 3 bets, then 4 again, we might lose the other 2 and I dont make more money. Plus, with all that potential out there and the absolute stone cold nuts, I figured any board pair and we could be looking at a jackpot. I would have hated to pass up $15K for a set having to call 3 bets cold knowing someone has a flush.

Finally, I had the ace, so any raise wouldnt likely be 4 bet on the turn. I was really hoping for a huge river card to REALLY get paid off. The 4th heart was a total action killer holding the top heart.

The AA showed, no one else did. I dont know if he would have called a ton on the turn w/ just an overpair.

I misread the action, didn't know it was so multiway, makes sense.
