poorly played on both ends....

How come, there was alot of folding going on, one would raise pre-flop, the other one would fold, and when it came to showdown it meant that it was a highcard win and small pot. And since almost all pots (all infact) was won with highest pair (as they usually do in heads up), you couldnt win much here with alot of raising.

Please explain why it was a poor play?

You limped in PF. You should usually raise with these hands. You didn't bet on the flop, which was draw heavy. You still didn't bet on the turn. And on the river after he re-raises you, you should probably just call. I don't believe any better hands are folding and no worse hands are going to call.

it was poorly played because the last card paired the board on the bottom pair. And since there was absolutely no action before the river, the only play that makes sense on is a pair of 3's. Pretty much any other hand would be raising before that.

So basically what I'm saying is, in order to be raising here the guy either had to have nothing or 3 of a kind. The same process should of been crossing the other guys mind.... either you have nothing or 3 of a kind. In which case calling is the correct answer... not raising. Because if you are ahead, the guy is folding, and if you are behind, your opponent is rasing and you're forced to call.

I mean, you're not slowplaying top or middle pair here on 2 streets.... no way. Theres nothing you should think that you're beating that will call a reraise... And theres nothing he should be thinking that he can beat besides bluff after you raise.

Niether raise nor reraise makes sense to me.

I don't see how this constitutes a bad beat. AA had the lead from start to finish. Now if villain were holding a 3, it still wouldn't be a bad beat, since all the money went in on the River, at which point he would have completed his set.

KK vs AA is usually a nightmare scenario and in heads-up it can easily be the scenario you go broke on..

it's not a bad beat.

"always raising preflop" with KK HU isn't necessarily sound advice, either.
